Yo will be carefully guided through there identification, uses and preparations. Learn how to repair your self in an a emergency survival situation, as well as how to use theses plants in every day life for vitality and well being.

All the standard equipment you require for this course is supplied at no extra cost. This includes a knife. (Recent travel restriction may prohibit the carrying of sharp objects)
All you need bring is your self sensible dressed for the season and a spare change of cloths and towel in a sealed waterproof bag. A full set of water proofs. Foot wear should be waterproof,light and easily removable.
